Judgment - The Good and the Bad by
Sunette Spies
Here a perspective with regards to judgment. Now when I speak the word judgment the first idea that arise within many is probably judgment in relation to judging another in terms of the bad connotation that has been linked to judgment wherein we judge others in relation to various aspects of the human design whether it be in relation to physical judgments, behavioural judgments, speech mannerism judgments, relationship judgments - everything that constitute the human design and their interaction and participation in the design of themselves with and as others in their world or reality. Or self-judgment in relation to how we accept and allow ourselves to we judge ourselves as being the judge within our own mind where we compare ourselves to or towards other human beings and attempt or try to level ourselves out within society in relation to acceptance and fitting in and/or standing out, being noticed. Or in relation to our parents in terms of pleasing the child/parent relationship norm.
So, those are just 3 lines in which judgment manifest in relation to the bad connotation many have with judgment as the most prominent that is experienced within human beings today: judgment towards others, judgments toward ourselves in the context of others, and parents and work. I mean, judgment in essence can exist within all facets of our lives, because who is the starting point of judgment - we ourselves are and we're the center point within and as ourselves and our entire world in which we exist and participate in, so judgment can infiltrate and permeate the totality of ourselves both within and without if we accept and allow ourselves to be possessed by such a point.
Now of course judgment does not only exist in relation to a bad connotation, judgment can also exist in relation to a good connotation. Remember in terms of how we have explained how the mind consciousness system exists within polarity is that its driving force in relation to energy generation exists within the game of polarity in relation to the good and bad and right and wrong and light and dark, positive and negative. So in relation to judgment, the connotation of judgment as its
manifested structural design in the mind consciousness system as with all constructs or systems within the mind consciousness system is existent within/as a polarity base of good/bad or positive/negative or right or wrong. Judgment is thus also closely linked to the morality construct design as the right and wrong giving an example of how judgment exist within and as polarity itself.
Though the judgment we're looking at in this interview is that of self-judgment and judgment toward others. Now a practical application suggestion for self to have a look at and explore this construct within self is when you are for example walking within an environment in which there are many people, this would for example be a market, or a mall, or if you are within a work environment where you participate with a lot of people at the same time. So basically an environment where there would be a lot of people at the same time: Train stations, subways, airports. Now it will be interesting for example that you'll see for yourself in terms of how judgment exists both within the good and the bad and that it is to apply self-forgiveness in relation to both the good and the bad, because judgment in itself is that point of projecting an idea to/towards something or someone wherein you manifest thus a judgment to/toward something or someone and in essence personify that something or someone towards that one thing that you projected an idea upon or judgment upon and in that instance or moment separating yourself from yourself in the following way:
So let us first start with the more prominent point of judgment in relation to judgment towards others; looking at the aspect of good and bad in relation to projected judgment as judgment towards others, which is just another form of self-judgment, a hidden form of self-judgment. So you are now in an environment with hordes of people, you will notice in paying attention to your thoughts that your eyes will become like binoculars, wherein it will screen through the environment with
with the hordes of people. And your eyes will now and then focus in on a particular specific something or someone. So let's say it hones in to a particular specific something or someone and you are seeing a very strange bizarre haircut in relation to your idea, perception or belief of what strange or bizarre is in relation to a haircut. And this person's hair is for example combed upwards in the front and then all the hair is combed sideways to the left and is completely shaved underneith.
And you in that moment laugh within yourself saying 'That's the most ridiculous hairstyle/haircut that I've ever seen. I can't believe that person put themselves through daring to cut their hair in such a way - don't they care what other people think of them, they must probably not have many people wanting to be seen with them', and now your thoughts kind of run away with you in relation to that particular specific haircut. Now that would be an example of a bad judgment meaning wherein you judge the person based on their haircut. That's self-judgment towards others.
Obviously you can see that within the nature of your thought that you are judging the person based on their haircut meaning that person in relation to the person of who-they-are in their nature and participation would have nothing to do with their hair, but their hair was just a momentary expression decision to explore with an experience for example. Now you kind of have a look at what is your ideas, perception or belief in relation to what haircuts should be and obviously in terms of the point with regards to shaving hair was just a momentary expression decision to explore with an experience for example. Now you kind of have a look at what is your ideas, perception or belief in relation to what haircuts should be and obviously in terms of the point with regards to shaving hair
because that point of judgment towards someone else in relationship to hair obviously indicates that you have an issue within and as yourself in relation to hair in relation to yourself so you have to go back to your past in relation to seeing what ideas, beliefs and perceptions have you accepted within yourself in relation to how hair should and must be.
Mostly you will find it within your growing-up years in relation to what your parents told you about hair or your friends or your religion that you accepted as how the norm and the rule is or should and must be and if it's not that, you will thus judge others. And of course you can go to the immediate solution of just shaving off your hair and drop that whole self-definition immediately in one go and continue walking and never looking back.
Then you have for example your good judgments, which also walking within an environment with hordes of people and you're walking and your binocular eyes are scanning and you are --- oh before we continue with the good judgments, remember with regards to judgment: judgment always comes with energy, so for example that bad judgment you'll notice that when your thoughts start talking about the person and their hair and how can they even cut their hair like that, how can anyone want to be with such a person, want to be seen with such a person, it's so embarrassing - an energy will come up within you that will rise within your solar plexus what is always accompanied by energy is shortness of breath as you generate the energy while you speak or talk in judgment to/toward that something or someone So the bad judgment manifestation within self will be accompanied by a rising energy that you feed while you're participating in that point of judgment. And your good judgment would for example be where you're walking and - this judgment is like a... the energy of this good judgment is like a faster energy that comes up inside you like an uplifting surge, so you've got your rising energy that builds up inside you, and the shortness of breath is the bad judgment and the good judgment is like this quick surge of energy that comes up feeling almost like a desire and this should be, for example, where you see this woman walking with these high-heeled shoes and this very tight pants and you're like 'God that looks so good on that woman, she looks gorgeous!'
And then you like, in that moment, try and picture yourself looking like that and go through your mind with different shoes and different pants that maybe you can equally look as good as that and your mind continue then from that participation, so that good judgment then comes up with the, like a surge of desired energy that uplifts you in that moment. And that would be an example of a good judgment, because you're now defining the person only in relation to the shoes and the
tights that they're wearing that you've accompanied with and through and as desire - and that would be examples of bad judgment and good judgment and the energy that's accompanied within and through that and while you're walking within a place of hordes of people, you'll notice that your thoughts will shift between those two polarities constantly and continuously: between bad judgment and good judgment, bad judgment and good judgment like the whole time as the mind move you into and through the polarities of good and bad.
So that then an exercise in relation to judgment towards others and what that judgment actually imply about self remember always reflect it back to self. So judgment about others, bad judgment, we gave an example, obviously the point that you judge about or of is the point for an issue. So the good judgment, for example, is then-- the bad judgments indicate your issues, your good judgments indicates your desires. So whatever you have a good judgment about is judgments towards others of points that you would want to try or attempt to be or become or perfect within yourself, to be or become accepted or noticed or loved like trying to fulfill something within you that you think or believe or perceived is lost. And you're trying to look for that self-validation or experience through projecting good judgment on others and trying to find yourself through them in making yourself feel better. And your bad judgments is issue points that you have in relation to yourself.
Ok, so that a practical support and assistance application within playing so to speak with judgments instead of accepting and allowing the mind of polarity to play with you within a game of energy. So you accordingly have the tools to assist and support yourself in this when you participate in applying yourself in relation to this point of judgment to identify the issue of the desire and you accordingly stop the point of judgment. I mean you can move yourself within and through the hordes of people and just breathe here, walk here, get done what requires to get done and walk with in the physical with the people that's in your environment without necessarily looking through the binocular eyes of the mind consciousness system which try and focus on points that can validate its own existence.
You don't need to validate your own existence - you are here, you are breathing. So rather participate with equal and one.
Thank you.
